What we are looking for:

• 1+ years of previous Swiss Style and/or Gantry Style lathe operation is desired
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools {caliper, micrometer, etc.}
• Understanding of production procedures
• Experience in geometric tolerancing along with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals as well as GD&T
• Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and awesome communication & interpersonal skills
• Dependable individual with an excellent work ethic and the ability to stand/walk during the entire shift

Job Summary:

A successful machinist/operator within our organization will accurately and efficiently use multi-axis CNC machines to produce quality parts, troubleshoot, set-up or process issues quickly, maintain equipment, and keep all production areas clean and organized.

We have openings on all shifts, as follows:

• “A” Shift/days: 6am – 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday.
• “B” Shift/nights: 7:30pm – 6am, Monday – Thursday. 10% premium paid on this shift!
• “C” Shift: 6am – 6pm, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.  Work 36 hours – get paid for working 40 hours!
